Bodog Buys Out Betcorp
Bodog.com Entertainment Group have struck a deal with Betcorp Limited to buy Betcorp’s comprehensive gaming products, international customer base, technology, licenses and the group’s Antiguan offices for Betcorp’s European and Asian-Facing Gaming Business.
This deal is just the latest in a series of agreements that will see Bodog.com expanding into new international markets.
Bodog founder Calvin Ayre says, “This purchase, which speaks directly to the current strength of our business, is the first of many possible international acquisition targets under consideration. We couldn’t be better positioned to build upon our current success and growth and to continue our aggressive push towards international expansion into markets such as Europe and Asia.”
